Terms of service

Effective 2 September 2026. These terms govern purchase of SameSheet’s digital software service. There are no physical goods.

The service is offered by SameSheet LLC, a Montana limited liability company, Bozeman, Montana, United States (“SameSheet,” “we”). By sending work or paying an invoice you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@samesheetllc.com.

The service

SameSheet completes vendor security questionnaires in the workbook you provide (SIG, CAIQ, or custom Excel) and returns that same file with answers written in place, plus a _review sheet of citations and confidence. The service is digital software and related concierge processing. We do not ship products.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Monthly service is billed in advance and continues until cancelled by email. Unused files in a month do not roll forward unless we agree in writing. Taxes may apply.

Your materials

You represent that you have the right to send us the workbook and supporting documents, including materials that belong to your clients. You remain responsible for client permission, confidentiality commitments, and any redaction you need before sending a file. We use those materials only to perform the work, as described in the privacy policy.

Review and no advice

Output is a draft for a qualified person to review. You must review answers before sending a workbook to any vendor, customer, or assessor. SameSheet does not warrant that any answer is complete, accurate, or sufficient for a particular questionnaire. The service is not legal, compliance, audit, or security advice, and it is not a certification of you or your client.

Payment, start of work, refunds

We may ask for payment before starting a file. If we have not begun work on a file, we will refund that file fee on request. Completed files are not refundable. Monthly fees already begun are not prorated unless we agree in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not send malware, or materials you are not allowed to share. Do not use the service to misrepresent a security program. We may refuse or stop work if a file is abusive, unlawful, or outside the questionnaire types we take.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the workbooks and documents you send. You receive the completed file for your (and your client’s) ordinary use in responding to that vendor. SameSheet keeps ownership of its software, methods, and site. These terms do not transfer the SameSheet name or mark.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, SameSheet is not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a file or a monthly term is limited to the amount you paid for that file or that month. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply only as far as the law allows.

Montana law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Montana have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere if needed to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to work requested after the effective date shown above. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms for later work.
