We fill the cells the vendor already defined. Sheet names, column layout, and dropdowns stay put. You do not re-map the questionnaire into another system.

A _review sheet lists citations, confidence, and rows that need a person. You sign off. SameSheet does not send anything to the vendor.

What file types do you take?
Vendor security questionnaires in Excel: Standardized Information Gathering (SIG), Cloud Security Alliance CAIQ, and custom workbooks. If the vendor issued a spreadsheet, that is the working file.
Do you change the structure of the workbook?
No. Answers are written into the existing cells. We add one sheet named _review. We do not rebuild the questionnaire in a different template.
Is SameSheet SOC 2 certified?
No. SameSheet is not SOC 2 certified and does not display a compliance badge. The product helps you answer questionnaires about your clients’ programs. You remain responsible for reviewing the draft before it is sent.
Who is the customer?
The consultancy or fractional CISO. We do not need a login from your SaaS client, and we do not market through your client’s name.
