How files are handled

A description of current practice for a small company. This page is not a certification, audit report, or SOC 2.

What you send

Work arrives by email to hello@samesheetllc.com or through a share link you control. Typical materials are the vendor workbook and the documents you already use to answer it (policies, a SOC 2 report, architecture notes, prior questionnaire answers).

This marketing site is static. It does not accept uploads and does not host customer files.

What we do with them

• Files are used to complete the questionnaire you sent.
• Answers are written back into the same workbook. A _review sheet is added with citations and confidence.
• The completed file is returned to you. SameSheet does not submit it to the vendor.
• Customer questionnaires and supporting documents are not published and are not used as marketing.
• Access is limited to people performing the work.

What we do not claim

• SameSheet LLC is not SOC 2 certified. We do not display a compliance badge for ourselves.
• The product helps practitioners answer questionnaires about their clients’ programs. It is not an assessment of SameSheet.
• We do not claim a particular encryption product, pen-test report, or uptime SLA on this page. If a prospect needs that level of detail, ask at the address below and we will answer in writing rather than invent a public badge.

Your review

A person on your side should read the _review sheet and the filled cells before the workbook leaves. Low-confidence rows are marked so they are not treated as finished answers.
