Effective 2 September 2026. This is a short policy for a small digital-software company, not a platform privacy statement.
SameSheet LLC (“SameSheet”) is a Montana limited liability company based in Bozeman, Montana, United States. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit samesheetllc.com or send us work at hello@samesheetllc.com.
What we collect
- Email addresses and the contents of messages you send us.
- Vendor questionnaires, workbooks, and supporting documents you provide so we can complete the work (policies, reports, architecture notes, prior answers, and similar materials).
- Billing details needed to invoice or charge for the service (handled by the payment processor we use; we do not put card numbers on this static site).
- Ordinary web-server logs from hosting this site, such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and time. This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics pixels.
How we use it
We use files and supporting documents to complete the questionnaire you sent and to return the filled workbook. We use contact information to correspond, bill, and handle follow-up. We use server logs to operate and protect the site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell customer files, documents, or contact information.
- We do not use customer questionnaires or supporting documents to train public machine-learning models.
- We do not publish your clients’ names or your work product as marketing.
Sharing
We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver the work (for example, email, hosting, and payment processing). We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in U.S. state privacy statutes.
Retention
Work files are kept as long as needed to finish the engagement and handle ordinary follow-up. We will delete a customer’s files on written request to hello@samesheetllc.com, unless we are required to keep a copy.
This website
samesheetllc.com is a static marketing site. It does not host a customer login or store questionnaires. Work is received by email or a share link you control.
